Ok, the World Dock Pudding Championships are on Sunday April 24 at 1.30 in Mytholmroyd Community Centre. O, that's next weekend. Apparently the pudding is made from the sweet dock leaf, Polygonum Distorta, nettles, onion, oatmeal and seasoning, and fried.
