I think this food foraging could become rather an addictive way of life, so I thought it would be interesting/fun to keep a diary of it.I'm hoping that others will join in too :0)

Bistort information
I found this page which is quite interesting, lots of remedy information etc.
Thought this page had the best images for identification.
ah, I think I may have seem this somewhere,not recently though :( It is bistorta, not distorta! sorry, just copying blindly from the newspaper. I wonder if this will cause any consternation in Hebden Bridge!
